In recent years the way consumers listen to music has changed drastically. For the most part new music is now streamed on platforms like Spotify, YouTube Music and Apple music through subscription-based memberships where you pay for access to the music versus actually owning the music yourself and accessing it at will anytime. Though convenient, as a life-long music enthusiast I've always felt like this form of media lacks from the experience of owning physical copies of music.
